Marketing Automation Agency

Automation that never forgets,
and never sounds robotic.

Marketing automation is how the follow-up that should happen, actually happens: the welcome series that lands while your business is still front of mind, the quote chase-up nobody had to remember, the lapsed customer quietly invited back. We're a marketing automation agency that builds these systems properly, in your voice, on the platform that fits. No spam cannons, no generic drip campaigns, just considered automation that earns its place in the inbox.

What we do

What's included.

  • Journey Mapping & Strategy

We map how your customers actually move from first contact to sale and beyond, then decide where automation genuinely helps: which moments, which messages, which channels. Strategy first, software second.

  • Flows & Sequences

Welcome series, lead nurture, quote follow-ups, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back. Automated email campaigns written in your voice and built to react to what people actually do, not blast on a timer.

  • Platform Setup & CRM Integration

Honest platform recommendations, clean setup, and CRM integration with the tools around it, so data flows where it should and nobody copies things between systems by hand.

  • Testing, Reporting & Refinement

Automations are never finished. We watch what each flow actually earns, test subject lines and timing, and prune anything that isn't pulling its weight. Reported monthly in plain English.

Our approach

Start with the business.
Build from there.

Most automation projects fail the same way: a powerful platform, a burst of enthusiasm, and six months later two half-finished workflows nobody trusts. We work the other way round. Understand the customer journey first, automate the moments where a timely message genuinely helps, and keep the number of flows small enough to do each one properly. Automation should feel like your best follow-up habits made reliable, not like being processed by software.

  1. Understand

We learn how your customers buy, what follow-up happens today, and where things slip through the cracks.

  2. Map

We plan the flows worth building, the triggers behind them, and the platform that fits your stack and budget.

  3. Build

We write, design, and build each flow, connect your CRM and data, and test everything before it goes near a real customer.

  4. Refine

We watch performance, test and tune, and retire what isn't working, so the system keeps earning its place.

Who this is for

Businesses across Yorkshire and the wider UK where follow-up genuinely decides revenue: B2B teams nurturing long sales cycles, ecommerce brands with baskets left behind, service businesses whose quotes go quiet. If you want marketing automation set up properly, or an existing setup untangled and made useful, let's talk. If a simple monthly newsletter is honestly all you need, we'll tell you that too.

Questions we get asked

  • Marketing automation is software that sends the right message to the right person automatically, based on what they do: joining your list, requesting a quote, leaving a basket, going quiet for six months. Instead of someone remembering to follow up, the system does it every time, in your voice, at the moment it's most useful. Email is usually the backbone, often working alongside your CRM, with SMS and other channels added where they genuinely help.

  • Strategy, build, and ongoing care. We map your customer journey, help choose the platform, write and design the emails, build the flows and triggers, connect your CRM, and then keep testing and refining once it's live. Some clients want a one-off setup they'll run themselves; most keep us on to manage and improve the system month to month. Either way, you're not left with software you don't know how to drive.

  • Only if it's built that way, and plenty is. Generic drip campaigns that ignore what people do are why automation has a bad name. Done properly it's the opposite: because each message reacts to a real action, a quote request or an abandoned basket, it lands as helpful rather than automated. We write every flow in your voice, cap the frequency, and make unsubscribing easy. The goal is your best follow-up habits made reliable, not a robot wearing your logo.

  • The one that fits, rather than the one we get commission on. Klaviyo for ecommerce, ActiveCampaign and HubSpot for B2B and longer sales cycles, Mailchimp, Brevo, and MailerLite for simpler setups. On the CRM side we integrate with HubSpot, Pipedrive, and bespoke systems. If you're already on a platform that works, we'll build on it rather than move you for the sake of it.

  • There are two costs to understand. The software itself typically runs from free tiers up to a few hundred pounds a month at small business scale, depending on the platform and your list size. Our work depends on how many flows you need and whether we're building from scratch or fixing what's already there, so we don't publish fixed packages. Tell us what you're trying to automate and we'll come back with a clear one-off or monthly figure, and an honest view on whether the return justifies it.

  • Yes, and it's some of the most valuable work we do. Half-finished workflows, flows that contradict each other, lists nobody has cleaned in years. We audit what's running, keep what's earning, rebuild what isn't, and document it so your team actually understands the system. You don't need to start again to end up with automation you trust.

  • A campaign is sent once, to a list, at a time you choose: a newsletter, a launch, an offer. An automation is built once and then sends itself to one person at a time, triggered by something they did. Campaigns create the moments; automations catch them. Most businesses need both, and the split matters because automations typically earn several times more per recipient once they're properly in place.

  • Often more than for a big one, because follow-up is usually the first thing that slips when everyone's busy. A well-built welcome series, quote follow-up, and win-back flow can do the chasing a small team doesn't have hours for. The trick is scale: three flows done properly beat fifteen done badly. We'd rather build you a small system that quietly pays for itself than an enterprise setup you'll fight.
