Using our website
You’re welcome to read, share and link to anything on imaginatif.co.uk. The design, copy, code and case studies belong to us or to the clients who’ve given us permission to show their work, so please don’t copy them wholesale or pass them off as your own.
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. Information on the site is general and isn’t a substitute for advice about your specific business.
Where we link to other websites, we do it because we think they’re useful. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
imaginatif SMM
imaginatif SMM is the tool we use to plan, schedule and publish content to social media accounts: our own business accounts, and accounts we manage on behalf of clients. It isn’t a public service, and nobody can sign up to it.
- How accounts are connected. An account is only connected when its owner, or someone they’ve authorised, logs in through the platform’s own official login and approves access. We never ask for or store social media passwords.
- What we publish. We only publish content that the account owner has agreed to, either directly or under our agreement with them.
- Platform rules. When we publish to a platform, we follow that platform’s own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines, Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Terms of Use. Account owners remain bound by those terms as well.
- Removing access. An account owner can disconnect imaginatif SMM at any time from the platform’s settings, for example TikTok’s “Manage app permissions” or Facebook’s “Business integrations”. They can also ask us and we’ll do it for them. Once access is removed, we can no longer publish to the account.
- Your data. How we handle data from connected accounts is explained in our privacy policy.
Working with us
If you’re a client, the proposal or agreement we’ve signed with you sets out the details of our work together, including fees, timings and who owns what. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
Our responsibility
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, for business losses arising from general use of the website, or for things a social media platform does, such as removing content, changing features or suspending accounts.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a new platform to imaginatif SMM. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change significantly affects clients whose accounts are connected, we’ll let them know directly.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
